The key requirement is that you provide high quality bandwidth to your broadband subscribers, with good control over jitter and latency. If you oversell your bandwidth and offer poor quality, congested Internet access please do not try to offer our (or anyone else's) digital phone service!

If you use traffic management/bandwidth shaping to prevent one user from swamping a node or dslam, and you have sufficient upstream bandwidth to the the Internet backbone then please proceed.

All options include a members portal where the subscribers can:

  • Billing Options
    • You can bill the subscribers on your existing billing platform, bundling phone service with your broadband services, and you pay us the wholesale cost for the service.
    • We can bill the subscribers for the Digital Telephone Service and pay you commission.
    • You can use our on-line signup and billing platform to bill the subscribers for both your existing services and the Digital Telephone Service, with all payments going to you, and you pay us the wholesale cost for the telephone services. This option allows you to take advantage of our advanced on-line signup and member portals.
  • Support Options
    • We can handle tier 1 and tier 2 support for the telephone services.
    • You can handle the tier 1 support. You have direct access to the same support tools our technicians use!
  • Fulfillment Options
    • We can drop ship the end-user equipment for you, with your company name and logo on the shipping documents.
    • You can stock the end-user equipment and ship it to your customers or have your technicians do the installation. If telephone numbers are kept in stock for your use the service can be up and usable instantly. Your customer goes through on-line signup and picks a number, you scan the MAC address of an ATA into our system, and when the customer plugs it in their new number is working! Some of our client partners are now stocking demo units and ATAs in their service trucks so that their technicians can give demonstrations and set up customers' service during service calls!
