Ray Howe to head ISI's new call center division

ISI names Ray Howe as Director of Operations of its new call center.  Mr. Howe brings over 10 years of call center management experience. Ray has been charged with creating a world class, domestic based call center that is capable of not only supporting ISI's current Dial Up user base, but also provide the highest quality digital phone service support for all of ISI' clients and customers. ISI's new call center will be one of only a handful of domestic based facilities capable of doing true tier 1 and tier 2 digital phone support under one roof.
